Missing items and refused refund this is theft.

The burger wasn't spice and it was served without salad and I ordered with salad and the chips weren't cooked very well

The pizza was not properly cooked.

Waited over 2hrs from ordering still never arrived after 3 calls to get told was on way I cancelled order very poor service won't be ordering again from here.

It took an hour and 40 minutes for my delivery to arrive and I had to heat it up in the microwave

Wrong order and dry overcooked food

Ordered via the app. After waiting 1hr 15minutes I called the shop to ask if it was on its way. Only to be told they were waiting on the driver but 2 items they did not sell (mixed shawarma meal and piri piri chicken wings) So why were they on your menu?? And why did it take for me to call to find this out. For someone to think it would be acceptable to send my delivery minus a full meal, without contacting me it ridiculous! We agreed on a second king kebab being sent instead and a refund for the chicken wings. After a further 45 minutes, now 2 hours in total, I called again for an update and was told it would be 5 minutes. It was actually 15 minutes, 2 hours 15 minutes from when I ordered. Not impressed. Food was delicious, although portion sizes were poor. I will not be ordering from you again.

Ordered online 735pm went to collect at 8pm as advised pizza hadn't even been started at 810pm - left shop as didn't want to wait any longer

Didn’t arrive. Had to call restaurant anc they said it wasn’t coming as it was cancelled

Ordered at 555pm was told to collect at 620pm, arrived at shop., waited until 645pm asked about my order told still not ready or started advised to cancel which I did , poor customer service

Shocking service and shockingly bad food. Order placed at 20:30 hrs, food delivered at 21:50 hrs and the food was cold, yes COLD. No food was eaten as I ordered hot food, not cold food. Called the takeaway to be told a replacement order would be with me in twenty minutes, I told them to collect the cold food as I did not want it. It is now 23:50 hrs and still no food and they will not answer their phones. I want a full refund. DO NOT USE this take away.

This was the worst order I have ever had from Chilli's. The curries had only five pieces of meat in each curry. The food was not hot let alone warm. You were a great company to buy from but now I will be looking elsewhere.

Ordered a couple of mixed kebabs Both swimming in grease not usually like that from here disappointed in this think the donner meat was left soaking up grease in the pot that keeps it warm then just put it to pitta bread the bread then was just not edible .

The food eventually arrived almost an hour after the estimated time. My wife order the nachos and cheese and despite being delivered in a 10” box the amount of cheese was poorly portioned in comparison. The pizza and kebab were average but probably reflects the £12:99 ‘deal’. You get what you pay for really.

Sorry to be so blunt , but absolutely the worst kebab I have ever had , German Donner? I think not , no difference at all from an ordinary donner kebab, meat was dry , chips were cold and dried up , awful food , definitely WILL NOT order from here again , food went straight in to the bin , completecwwaste of my time and money - never again !

Ordered 2 X king shashlik kebabs. There was no chargrilled onions, mushrooms or peppers in the kebabs. And for some reason there was also Donner meat in it? Not exactly what we ordered or paid for.
